Event Participation Policy

To ensure a professional and positive experience for all, the Colorado Hispanic Chamber of Commerce prohibits the unauthorized distribution of samples, food, flyers, or promotional materials at any Chamber event. Only approved sponsors, vendors, or members with prior written consent may showcase or promote their business. Non-members are welcome to attend for networking and learning but may not market products or services. Attendees are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times; violations may result in removal from the event or restriction from future participation. By attending, participants agree to abide by these guidelines and respect the integrity of our Chamber community.
